Shipping policy

At TrollingMate, we are committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

• Continental USA: We use UPS as our primary shipping carrier. Average delivery times are 1-2 business days for the East Coast and 2-4 business days for the West Coast.

• North America (International): For shipments outside the continental USA but within North America, we utilize USPS. Please note that transit times vary by country. Any applicable tariffs, duties, fees, or VAT are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

• Outside North America: If you are located outside of North America, please contact us with your shipping location. We will calculate the shipping rates and send you a custom invoice to complete your order.
